Ruffled Bulbs Embroidered on Chiffon

The Ruffled Bulbs Embroidered on Chiffon fabric has a 52" wide usable design on a 54" wide chiffon ground. The small sewed on "bulb" like design has a soft delicate touch. Although on a black colored ground, this fabric has a slight sheer and is lightweight. When this fabric is put to use, the bulbs flow elegantly and gives off that leafy ruffle resemblance. The luxurious chiffon does not stretch which means its easy to work with when sewing my hand or machine. The fabric is great for home/event decorations, costumes, dresses, table runners, backdrops and other apparel and craft projects!
