Fringe Layered Embroidery on Mesh

Fringe layered embroidery on mesh measures at 60" wide and is layered with shimmering fringes. A soft mesh backing holds 15 layers of lustrous colored fringes ideal for an alluring flashy look. The shiny colored fringes have a matte black backside and each are approximately 4" long. This is great for flapper dresses, costuming applications, and more! Given the transparent nature of the base fabric, a lining may be needed if additional structure or modesty are desired.
