Fringe Embroidery on Georgette

Fringe layered embroidery on mesh measures at 60" wide but has 54" usable width and is layered with chiffon-like fringes. A soft georgette backing holds layers of hairy fringes ideal for an alluring flashy look. The soft ruffled fringes are each approximately 4" long. This is great for flapper dresses, costuming applications, and more! Given the transparent nature of the base fabric, a lining may be needed if additional structure or modesty are desired.
